My Mom started this quilt - utilizing left over blocks from previous quilts. She left it uncompleted one spring when she returned "home" for the summer and was unable to return. She had lost interest in this quilt and didn't want the quilt mailed up to her, so it was left with me to finish many, many years ago. The quilt has been on my UFO list and finally was completed and will be saved for my son - when he is ready to have it in his home. She started the quilting, and I finished quilting the blocks and borders and added the binding.
