Stash Report - Week 8

I think this is one of the best ideas - stash busting.  I'm glad Judy from Patchwork Times started it.  I've been busy this week in the sewing room.  My numbers for this week:

Fabric added:  0 yards
Fabric used:  20.25
YTD added:  4 yards
YTD used:  132.75
Stash busted:  -128.75

I didn't add fabric or  thread.  I did turn down a chance to go to the LQS, but my resolve held.
This week I completed:   10 bags for the Bags for Kids Project, 2 pairs of boxer shorts to go in my Christmas box, two baby quilts, gifted 5 yards (two friends got fabric - suede cloth and lining for purses, and the other - fabric for a dressy blouse), and eight pencil bags and 4 fabric wallets.  My boxes of goodies for the kids is growing - I hope I can continue this pace this year.  I have a couple of projects laid out for next week - and am feeling the need to piece a quilt.  I need hand quilting for the evenings.

I did add one skein of sock yarn this week, but completed another pair.  I may have to do sock yarn busting next year!!

I hope all of you had a good week and had great numbers of stash busted.  Check out Judy's Patchwork Times to see what we all do.
