Stash Report - December 19, 2010

This week has been busy, no sewing has happened.  So my numbers remain the same:

Added:  0 yards
Used:  0 yards
YTD Added:  4 yards
YTD Used:  487.5
Stash Used:  483.5

Ive joined Judy's UFO challenge for next year and am working in my list of UFO's to post tomorrow. I have been knitting::

A pair of socks completed for me:
and a pair of baby socks completed for donation next year.

These are part of the baby socks I donated a couple of weeks ago to AVIVA

I use the same pattern for these that I do for mine, only make the smaller size.  I have several skeins of baby yarn I would like to use this coming year and all of the socks will be donated to AVIVA for the little ones.

I preshrunk three pieces of fabric yesterday from my stash - I'd like to make some aprons before Christmas.  If it happens, fine, if not, it will be OK, too.  I did make a quick trip to Hancock Fabrics this week and bought another large box of stuffing - instead of elephants next year for donation, I will be making the Sweet William Teddy Bears.  The fur has to go!!!  All the other supplies are here:  plastic joints, safety eyes and safety teddy bear noses.  I just have to get busy.

Speaking of busy - I'm heading to the kitchen now to make a batch of Judy's Spice Crisp cookies and a batch of Snickerdoodles.  I like to bake and this is a great time - DS, DIL and the grand dogs will be here on Wednesday or Thursday until Sunday.

Check out Judy's blog to see what we have all been doing.  Have a happy and save holiday.
