I finished piecing the lilac quilt in February. I have it ready to sandwich - I was waiting to finish my January yellow quilt which is now ready for binding. I'm a hand quilter so it takes me a little longer to finish the quilting. I used the Yellow Brick Road from Atkinson Designs for the pattern for my lilac quilt:
Here's the top, I'm going to use a nice soft purple on the back. The blocks were already made - I just had to assemble them. It's a UFO that fit this month nicely. If it is on my list - I'll replace it with another project! Check out Judy's blog to see how we did this month.

ReplyDeleteVery pretty. I am impressed that as a hnad quilter you can get them quilted that fast. Anything I do by hand has to be redone LOL. Love all the violets that you chose.
