It;s been a long time since I posted, and even longer since I was privileged to sit behind the sewing machine. Sometimes life gets in the way. For me, it was a series of health issues, some big, some small, but there is hope that spinal shots in early January will help. My list for 2012 includes some from 2011. The list:
1. Jennifer Chevarrini Christmas Quilt (11 blocks made, 1 to complete)
2. Brown Monochromatic Quilt (needs sandwiching, quilting
3. Carpenter's Star (fabric purchased)
4. Bears in the Farmhouse #2 (half quarter triangle squares sewn, pressed)
5. Tulip Quilt (blocks are appliqued, needs eyelash borders, assembly))
6. Variable Star Quilt (fabric purchased)
7. Sally Post Quilt (needs sandwiching, quilting)
8. Japanese Coin Quilt (fabric, backing purchased)
9. Dandelion Parade (fabric purchased)
10. Catch a Spinning Star (fabric purchased, 2011 Christmas gift)
11. Halloween Quilt for Donation (some blocks pieced)
12. I Spy Quilt for Donation (some blocks pieced)
13. Sampler Quilt (one block per month would be good)
In addition I would like to make at least 12 baby quilts for donation to AVIVA as well as use up unwanted yardage to make bags for the Bags for Kids Project.
If I complete half of this list I will be thrilled!! Check out what everyone else is doing on Judy's blog. Have a great week!!!
